Keep your FiveM server updated by installing the latest server artifacts.

Artifacts are the core server files that control performance, compatibility, and new FiveM features.

Updating regularly helps with:

What Are Artifacts?

Artifacts are the core FiveM server binaries.

These are the main files your server runs on.

They are separate from your:

• scripts
• resources
• maps
• configs

Updating artifacts does not normally affect your resources folder.

Step 1: Open the Artifacts Tab

Log in to your EUGameHost Game Panel.

Select your server.

Open:

Artifacts

Step 2: Choose a Build

You will usually see two main options:

Recommended

Best for most servers.

This version is tested and more stable.

Latest

Newest available build.

Includes the latest fixes and features.

Best if you need support for newer scripts or game builds.

Step 3: Install the Update

Click:

Install

next to the artifact version you want.

The panel will automatically replace your current server binaries.

Step 4: Restart Your Server

Once the update completes, go to:

Console

Click:

Restart

Your server will now boot using the new artifact version.

Important: Create a Backup First

Before updating, always create a backup.

While artifact updates do not normally change resources, older scripts may not always be compatible with newer versions.

Creating a backup gives you a quick rollback option.
