Yes. You can change your server software at any time from the panel with a single click. Your world, player data, and config files are preserved unless you explicitly choose to reset them. We'd always recommend taking a backup first just to be safe.
Unmetered storage means you can use as much disk space as your server genuinely needs — there's no fixed GB cap on your plan. The only condition is that files stored on the server must be directly related to its operation (world data, plugins, mods, configs, backups). We don't limit storage for legitimate server use, and you won't get surprise charges for a large world or a heavy modpack.
Yes — a free MySQL database is included on all paid plans. This works out of the box with popular plugins like LuckPerms, CoreProtect, Dynmap, and Litebans. You can manage your database directly from the game panel, and connection details are provided automatically when your server is provisioned.
Yes. If you own a domain from a registrar such as Namecheap or Cloudflare, you can point it at your server using an SRV or A record — we have a guide in our Knowledgebase that walks you through it. All servers also get a free subdomain out of the box so you can share your server address straight away.
