Moved over to these guys from Shockbyte. Recently took out two Minecraft servers and an Ark server with them. One of the Minecraft servers is custom modded and I had some difficulty getting it to launch due to various issues. I have to mention that their support has been phenomenal from day 1. Not only did they help me change the map on my ARK server when I was struggling to find the setting but they also helped me get my custom modded minecraft server up using their support team's varied knowledge. I also have to mention that Will Allison has been an amazing help with a lot of the issues that I have and that the team is always quick to respond in general. 10/10 would recommend. Yes, all of our Minecraft servers come with truly unlimited player slots. The only limit is the amount of RAM your package includes. We do suggest player limits for performance reasons based on each plan.

Stop your server and back up any important files first. In the control panel, go to your game server settings and choose to wipe the world and player data. Confirm the action and restart your server for a fresh start.

world/playerdata folder. Convert the player's username to their UUID and delete the file
that matches. Restart your server afterward.
